PrettyFace is an adults-only service. This Underage Policy explains the steps we take to keep minors from accessing PrettyFace and to ensure that AI-generated content never depicts, sexualizes, or otherwise resembles a minor. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Blocked Content Policy (together, the "Policies").
1. Access and registration
Entry to PrettyFace is gated. Before accessing the Service, every visitor must affirm that they are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater). A clear notice informs users that the Service contains adult content and that providing false age information is a violation of our Terms of Service.
We may apply additional age-assurance or identity-verification measures where local law requires them, which can include requesting government-issued identification. It remains the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own location regarding access to adult content. PrettyFace is not responsible for misrepresentations a user makes about their age.

2. Responsibility for generated content
The AI characters respond to the input, prompts, and settings that you choose. You are solely responsible for the input you provide and the output it produces, including any text, voice, images, or video. PrettyFace does not control or endorse content generated in response to user input, and you agree that you are responsible for your own use of the Service.
You must not use the Service in any way that exploits or endangers minors. This includes any attempt to produce content that sexualizes a minor, that constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or that is designed to resemble or depict a real or fictional minor. These prohibitions are absolute and are detailed further in our Blocked Content Policy and Community Guidelines.
3. Moderation and enforcement
Although interactions with AI characters are generally private, we operate automated moderation systems, including model-based classifiers, that screen input and output for policy violations. Content flagged by these systems, or reported to us, may be reviewed — together with other activity on the account — and may result in content removal, suspension or termination of the account, and, where appropriate, a report to the relevant authorities.
4. Zero tolerance for CSAM
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material. Attempting to create such material is prohibited by law and by our Policies. In addition to removal and account termination, we report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), or to other competent authorities, as required by applicable law (including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A).
5. Commitment regarding AI likeness of minors
We are committed to ensuring that AI-generated characters and media on PrettyFace do not resemble minors or exploit a minor's likeness. Prompt-stage and output-stage controls are used to detect and block such attempts, and flagged material is reviewed and removed.
6. Reporting and contact
To report a suspected violation of this Policy — including a concern that a minor has accessed the Service or that content may depict a minor — contact us at [email protected]. We treat these reports as urgent.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone we reasonably suspect of violating this Policy or any of our other Policies.
