These Community Guidelines set out how to use PrettyFace responsibly. They are part of our broader Policies, including the Terms of Service, Blocked Content Policy, Underage Policy, and Content Removal Policy. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service. You are expected to follow these Guidelines in spirit as well as to the letter.
1. Age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live (whichever is greater), to use PrettyFace, as described in our Underage Policy.
2. Your content and responsibility
Your input and the output it produces are together your "Content." You are fully responsible for your Content and for any harm it may cause. Your Content must comply with the law applicable where you are located and must not be threatening, harassing, or hateful toward any identifiable person.
3. Prohibited conduct
You agree that you will not use the Service to do, or attempt to do, any of the following:
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or promote or assist unlawful activity;
- Harm or attempt to harm any person, and in particular minors;
- Generate, request, or promote content that sexualizes or depicts minors, or that is designed to resemble a minor;
- Generate content that resembles a real, identifiable person, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
- Generate content that is obscene under applicable law, or that depicts sexual acts with animals;
- Generate content that advocates terrorism, extreme violence, self-harm, or that provides instructions for violence or unlawful drug use;
- Encourage hatred or violence based on race, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- Infringe anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights, or share another person's confidential or personal information without authorization;
- Attempt to circumvent or "jailbreak" our moderation or safety controls;
- Probe, scan, or test the security of our systems, or breach or circumvent authentication or access controls;
- Remove or tamper with any signal, watermark, or metadata indicating that content is AI-generated;
- Introduce malware, spam, or other harmful code, or otherwise disrupt the Service or other users;
- Access or create accounts other than through our supported interfaces, or scrape, frame, embed, or mirror the Service without our written consent;
- Provide false or misleading account information.
4. AI-generated content and labeling
Content on PrettyFace is generated by artificial intelligence. Depending on your jurisdiction, the law may require AI-generated content to be labeled as such. Where that applies to how you use or share Content, it is your responsibility to comply.
5. Monitoring and moderation
We operate trust-and-safety controls to protect users and the integrity of our systems. Conversations, requests, or outputs flagged by you or by our controls as potentially violating our Policies may be reviewed, and we may act on them — up to and including account termination. We may also review interactions for quality-assurance and product-improvement purposes.
6. Enforcement
If we determine, at our discretion, that you have breached or are likely to breach these Guidelines, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access, and — where authorized or required by law — report the matter to the relevant authorities.
