DMCA Copyright Policy

EB Financial Holdings, LLC ("PrettyFace") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Service to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and analogous laws in other jurisdictions.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material on PrettyFace infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice (a "DMCA Notice") to our designated agent containing the following information:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed (e.g. a URL or screenshot of the original work);
3. A description of the material on the Service that you claim is infringing and information sufficient to allow us to locate it (e.g. a URL or character/conversation identifier);
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Counter-Notice

If you believe content of yours was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal;
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which PrettyFace may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of that person.

Send counter-notices to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant; if the complainant does not file a court action seeking to restrain the use of the material within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.

3. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

4. False Claims

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Don't send false claims.

5. AI-Generated Content

PrettyFace generates images, video, voice, and text using AI systems. Although we apply filters to prevent generation of content depicting real, identifiable individuals or known copyrighted characters, AI outputs are not perfectly controlled. If you encounter generated content that infringes your rights — including the use of your likeness, persona, or protected work — please submit a notice using the procedure above and we will investigate and act accordingly.

6. Other Jurisdictions

For complaints based on copyright laws of other jurisdictions (e.g. EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market), please send your notice to [email protected] with sufficient detail and supporting documentation. We will review and respond consistent with applicable law.
