Section 2257 Statement

PrettyFace does not produce or host any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct involving real human beings. All visual content (images and videos) accessible through PrettyFace is generated by artificial intelligence systems and depicts fictional, computer-generated characters. No real persons appear in PrettyFace's AI-generated visual content.

Because PrettyFace's visual content does not consist of depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 do not apply to such content. See 18 U.S.C. § 2256(8); United States v. Williams, 553 U.S. 285 (2008); Free Speech Coalition v. Reno, 198 F.3d 1083 (9th Cir. 1999).

To the extent any visual content on PrettyFace is determined to fall within the scope of 2257, the Custodian of Records identified below maintains records as required by law.

User-Generated Content

PrettyFace does not solicit, accept, or host visual content depicting real persons engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Users are strictly prohibited (per our Terms of Service) from uploading such content. Users who attempt to do so will have their accounts suspended or terminated and may be reported to law enforcement when required by law.

Age Verification

PrettyFace is for adults only. Access to the Service requires:

• Affirmative confirmation that the user is at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater);
• Acceptance of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy;
• Such additional verification as we may require, which may include uploading valid government-issued identification.

We employ technical and operational measures to detect and prevent access by minors, including bot detection, behavioral analysis, and (where required by applicable law) identity verification. Any account discovered to belong to a minor will be immediately terminated.

Reporting Concerns

If you believe a user is a minor, that content depicts a minor, or that any other 2257 or child-safety concern exists, please report it immediately to [email protected]. We treat such reports as urgent and review them within 24 hours.

Reports of suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are forwarded to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).

Synthetic / AI-Generated Imagery and Federal Law

While PrettyFace's content is generated by AI and does not depict real persons, we nonetheless apply strict content policies that prohibit:

• Generation of any content depicting minors (real or computer-generated, sexual or otherwise);
• Generation of content that is virtually indistinguishable from a real minor;
• Generation of content depicting bestiality, non-consensual acts, gore, torture, or any other category prohibited by our Terms.

These policies are enforced by automated filters at the prompt and output stages, and by manual review of flagged content. Violations result in immediate account termination.
