These Affiliate Terms & Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the PrettyFace affiliate program (the "Program"), operated by EB Financial Holdings, LLC, a company organized under the laws of Belize ("PrettyFace", "we", "us"). By enrolling in the Program you agree to these Affiliate Terms, our Terms of Service, and our other Policies. If you do not agree, do not participate.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract;
- You must provide accurate registration and payment information and keep it current;
- You are responsible for any taxes due on payments you receive under the Program.
2. Referral links and tracking
On approval, we provide you with referral links or codes. Qualifying referrals are attributed and tracked through our systems, and our records are the basis for calculating commissions. We may update tracking technology from time to time.
3. Commissions and payment
We pay commissions on qualifying transactions at the rate and on the schedule communicated to you when you join or as updated in writing. Commissions may be withheld or reversed ("clawed back") for transactions that are refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or that otherwise breach these Affiliate Terms. We may set a minimum payout threshold and reserve payment until it is met.
4. How you may promote
You agree to promote PrettyFace honestly and lawfully. You must not:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or use deceptive, misleading, or false advertising;
- Bid on our trademarks or brand terms in paid search, or register confusingly similar domains;
- Misrepresent your relationship with PrettyFace or make claims we have not authorized;
- Promote the Service to minors or in places primarily directed at minors;
- Generate referrals through fraud, bots, incentivized clicks, self-referrals, or other manipulation;
- Place referral links on sites containing illegal content or content prohibited by our Blocked Content Policy.
5. Required disclosures
You are responsible for disclosing your affiliate relationship as required by applicable law and advertising rules (for example, clear and conspicuous disclosure of paid or commissioned promotion). You are an independent contractor; these Affiliate Terms do not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship.
6. Intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the marketing materials and brand assets we provide, solely to promote the Service and in accordance with any brand guidelines we issue. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not modify our assets or use them in a misleading way.
7. Term and termination
Either party may end participation in the Program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation — and withhold or reverse affected commissions — if we reasonably believe you have breached these Affiliate Terms or any of our Policies, or engaged in fraud. On termination, your right to use our links and brand assets ends.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Program is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Program. We may modify or discontinue the Program, or these Affiliate Terms, on reasonable notice.
9. Governing law
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of Belize, consistent with the governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Service.
